2. General Terms

These Terms and Conditions apply to all purchases made through www.hokuo.pet. By placing an order, you accept these terms. We reserve the right to update them without notice.

3. Orders & Payments

Orders are processed via Shopify. All prices are shown in DKK or local currency (where available), and include VAT unless otherwise stated.

Accepted payment methods:

Visa, MasterCard, Maestro
Apple Pay, Google Pay
Bancontact, iDEAL
MobilePay (Denmark)
Vipps (Norway & Sweden)

B2B orders are handled and invoiced separately.

4. Shipping & Delivery

We currently deliver to all European countries, including Norway, Switzerland, and the UK.

Denmark: GLS (ParcelShop or home delivery)
Rest of Europe: FedEx home delivery

Estimated delivery time in Denmark is 1–3 business days. International times vary by location.

5. Right of Withdrawal & Returns

As an EU consumer, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods, without providing a reason.

To use this right, contact us in writing at info@hokuo.pet within 14 days of delivery. We will confirm and guide you through the return process.

Exceptions:

The following items cannot be returned once opened or unsealed, in accordance with Article 16(e) of Directive 2011/83/EU and Danish law:

All food and edible products (e.g. treats, bone broths, supplements)
Other sealed items not suitable for return due to health or hygiene reasons

If the seal is intact, these products can be returned.

Returns must be sent to our warehouse address. We do not accept packages sent to parcel shops or returns sent cash on delivery.

6. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, including lost profits, unless otherwise required by mandatory law.

7. Personal Data

Your personal data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws, including the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

8. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These terms are governed by Danish law. Any dispute will be settled by Danish courts unless otherwise required by EU consumer protection laws.
