2. General Terms
These Terms and Conditions apply to all purchases made through www.hokuo.pet. By placing an order, you agree to be bound by the terms outlined below. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time.

3. Orders & Payments
Orders are processed through Shopify. All prices are shown in DKK or local currency where applicable and include VAT unless otherwise stated.

We accept the following payment methods:

  • Visa, MasterCard, Maestro

  • Apple Pay, Google Pay

  • Bancontact, iDEAL

  • MobilePay (Denmark)

  • Vipps (Norway & Sweden)

B2B orders are handled separately and invoiced directly.

4. Shipping & Delivery
We currently ship to all European countries, including Norway, Switzerland, and the UK.

  • Denmark: Delivery via GLS (ParcelShop or home delivery)

  • Rest of Europe: FedEx home delivery

Estimated delivery time is 1–3 business days within Denmark. International delivery times vary depending on location.

5. Returns & Right of Withdrawal
Consumers have the right to return eligible products from our lifestyle collection within 14 days of receiving the order.

Products excluded from return:

  • All food and supplements, including treats, broths, and supplements.

  • Items not suitable for return due to health protection and hygiene reasons, in accordance with Danish consumer law.

Returns must be sent to our warehouse address. We do not accept deliveries to parcel shops or returns sent cash on delivery.

6. Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for indirect losses, including but not limited to lost profits, unless otherwise required under mandatory law.

Personal data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws (GDPR).

8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by Danish law. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of Danish courts.
